Kenneth W. Hladun
CEO

An innovator with respect to process hardware for combustion and gasification. Ken is well versed in the theoretical and is consistent in being able to put it into commercial application. His emphasis is to maximize simplicity with no compromise to the environmental performance, reliability or efficiency.  Ken has a BA in Mathematics and Physics from McMaster University in Canada and a MSc from the University of Sheffield in England

Peter V. Hewka, Ph.D. .
Vice President

In addition to being an accomplished instrumentation and controls specialist, Pete is an expert in the physics of the solid state. He pioneered the process of growing ultra pure germanium crystals for detectors used in the nuclear industry. It was one of the crystals he produced which first detected the Chornobyl reactor fallout. Pete is also multi lingual and has extensive experience in the countries of the former soviet union.  His many technical accomplishments are not only related to his specialty but also to development of process control methods and their associated algorithms.  Pete has a BSc from St. Josephs College in Philadelphia and a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania.

James R. Frederick, Ph.D.
